What data we process
The data you give us when you write to us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number if you provide it, information about your project or company, and your message.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, assess your project and, if we decide to work together, manage the pre-contractual relationship. We do not build profiles or send marketing communications without your consent.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the enquiry (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Confidentiality of projects
Scripts, budgets and documents you share with BAF are treated as confidential and are only shared with third parties, such as production companies or investors, with your prior permission.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to answer your enquiry. If no collaboration starts, we delete it within 12 months at most. If we work together, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on BAF's behalf so that the website works: web hosting (DreamHost), the form delivery service (Web3Forms) and, if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp, Meta Platforms. Some are located outside the European Economic Area; in that case transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to produccion@baf.productions. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytics or advertising, and does not track your browsing. Fonts are served from our own server and videos only load when you click on them. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner. If we ever add cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it before setting them.
